Work with couples/marriage counseling, individuals, adults, seniors and adolescents.

Served as an educator, counselor, and trainer in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and as a career consultant and corporate trainer.

Taught the divorce education course for divorcing parents as part of a private group “Positive Transitions”.

Adjunct Professor at Florida International University for 6 years, supervising Master’s level, Mental Health and School Counselors during their Practicum and Internship.

Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami Law School teaching the first Collaborative Law Workshop in the Spring of 2012.

Received the FPA “Outstanding Contribution to Psychology in the Public Interest” award and DCPA “Certificate of Commendation” award in 1993 for work in the area of Child Sexual Abuse.

Lectured statewide on the role of the neutral mental health professional in the Collaborative Law Process for the Florida Psychological Association, Miami-Dade Psychological Association and the Financial Professionals’ Association

Presented multiple 2-day basic and 1-day advanced trainings to attorneys, mental health professionals and financial professionals in Miami, Tampa, Panama City, Jacksonville, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Gainesville and New Hampshire.

Worked extensively in Collaborative family law cases as the neutral mental health professional.

Co-authored the chapter on “Collaborative Law” in The Florida Bar CLE book Dissolution of Marriage.

Co-founded “Florida Collaborative Trainers” an interdisciplinary training group – “Fitting the Pieces Together” in 2009.  The Florida Collaborative Trainers has presented at the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals in the Fall of 2013 and 2014.

Member of the IACP Trainers and Development Committee since 2013 to the present.

Published an article “Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing” in the Spring 2017, Volume 16, Issue 1 of the Collaborative Review, The Journal of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
